When You Arrive

• Follow the parking attendant's directions to the Market entrance.

• Your tickets will be scanned, and you'll receive your timed hayride vouchers.

• Note: if you arrive more than 45 minutes before the entry time on your ticket, you may be asked to wait until your reservation time. This keeps the experience unhurried for everyone.

• Wander the market at your own pace. Shirts and other Holiday Market merchandise are available on-site.

• Make your way to the Train Ride loading area 5–10 minutes before your scheduled ride.

After your hayride, the rest of the evening is yours: live music, food from local vendors, holiday gifts and treats from area artisans, and s'mores around the fire pits. Stop by the Santa photo area and drop a letter in the mailbox to the North Pole. Kids can lose themselves in the interactive activities and bounce houses while the adults grab a beer from award-winning 1852 Brew Co.
